Probably Daisy Fellowes (1890-1962), daughter of Jean, Duke Decazes and Isabelle Singer

Daisy Fellowes (1890-1962), daughter of the duc Decazes and Isabelle Singer, was one of the most important figures in 20th century European high society. She married Jean de Broglie (1886-1918) in 1910 and Reginald Fellowes (1884-1953), a banker and cousin of Winston Churchill, in 1919. A socialite throughout Europe, she was often photographed by Cecil Beaton, notably in Suzanne Belperron jewels and Elsa Schiaparelli dresses.
