Comprising: a pair of cufflinks set with rose diamonds; and pair of hammered gold cufflinks, each square terminal set with a circular-cut diamond and ruby or sapphire respectively,

Ferdinand I, Tsar of Bulgaria (1864-1948) received the pair of diamond cufflinks as a gift from the Ottoman Sultan Abdul Hamid II (1842-1918). 


The pair of hammered gold ruby, sapphire and diamond cufflinks belonged to Ferdinand I, Tsar of Bulgari. He gifted them to one of his grandsons in 1937.
