an old label on the reverse inscribed This was executed in Pear or Lime tree wood by Thomas and George Seddon, Cabinet Makers and Upholsterers to Her late Majesty Queen Victoria, for George the Third at Winsor Castle. / Bought from W. N. Drakeford, late of Johnston & Jeanes, of New Bond Street. / 30th May 1902.
