Comprising: a rectangular polished gold cigarette case embellished with calibré-cut sapphires and rose diamonds, the thumb piece accented by a cabochon sapphire, the interior engraved with facsimile handwriting, fitted case stamped Peter Rath München; and a rectangular gunmetal case decorated with a rose diamond fleur-de-lys, the push piece collet-set with a cabochon sapphire, the lid engraved with a facsimile handwritten message.
