etchings, 1595-1616, Melchior and Caspar very fine, richly inked and atmospheric impressions of the first states (of two), Melchior printing with rich tone and distinct wiping marks, Caspar printing with delicate tone and wiping marks, Balthasar a fine, black impression of the second (final) state with Le Blond's address, each on laid paper, Balthasar with a Posthorn watermark (cf. G. & H. 22a-c)
