Three woodblock prints from the series Twelve Scenes of Famous Places (Meisho junikei)

Showa period, 20th century


each a woodblock print, from the series Twelve Famous Sceneries (Meisho junikei), signed Hasui, sealed Kawase, each from an edition of 200, red limited edition seal to verso of each, 1935, and comprising:


- Seven-Mile Beach (Shichiri-ga-hama), limited edition number 8

- Towada Lake (Towada-ko), limited edition number 74

- Kegon Waterfall, Nikko (Nikko kegon no taki), limited edition number 74


Each shikishiban: each approx. 25.9 x 26.4 cm., 10⅛ x 10⅜ in.
