Château Latour 2008 Pauillac, 1er Cru Classé2 slightly sunken corksCabernet Sauvignon 94%, Merlot 5%, Cabernet Franc 0.75%, Petit Verdot 0.25%. In 2019, and decanted for 2 hours before drinking, it has the real Latour, cedary nose. Very umami style and savoury on the palate.
