DIAL: in excellent condition with no signs of ageing CASE: with scratches and marks throughout consistent with age and wear. With deeper scratches to the lug profiles due to previous strap changes. With scratches to the coin-edging case profiles at 4/5 o'clock and 8 o'clock. Bezel and folding clasp bear scratches throughout. MOVEMENT: in working order at time of cataloguing. Abraham-Louis Breguet patented the tourbillon escapement in 1801 as a new way to compensate for the effects of gravity on the accuracy of a watch. 
The present platinum example was manufactured in 2011 and proudly perpetuates the Breguet tourbillon legacy. Its traditional dial bears another brand signature: the hand guilloché decoration. Finally, the large tourbillon cage at 6 o’clock and the power reserve indication at 12 create a most pleasant symmetry to the dial.
The heavy platinum case with a coin-edge band has a sapphire crystal display back enabling admiration of the complex and beautifully decorated automatic movement.
