The Rolex GMT Master reference 16750, of which reference 16753 is the two-tone version, was produced between 1980 and 1988. It introduced the newly developed caliber 3075. The quick-set date setting, hacking seconds and a higher beating rate (28’800 vibrations per hour) enhanced the user friendliness of the iconic model, now also water resistant up to 100 meters. The present lot embodies the 1980s spirit with its two-tone case and and jubilee bracelet and a striking glossy black 'Nipple' dial.
