The introduction of skeletonized dial had became immensely popular in the late 1980s as it was a revolutionary change to the aesthetic design of watch making. The present watch, reference 25829 is one of the three Royal Oak models which Audemars Piguet had created a skeletonized version of in the 1990s. Proven to be immensely popular, the reference 25829 strikes the perfect balance of an openwork movement design and legibility.
