These two plates come from a service bought by Pierre-Edmé-Berthelin de Mauroy, honorary inspector of Sèvres, on November 25 1784 for unknown third parties. The decoration is described in the registers as rubans, guirlande et bouquets in the Manufacture Nationale de Sèvres.
