Good overall condition. The patinated metal appears oxidized, as per the artist’s intention, but presents with additional traces of oxidation and some vert-de-gris traces, concentrated at the junctions between the frame and the rays, as visible on the catalogue illustration. The surface presents with a few light scratches and a few white paint stains. The glass lenses present with rare surface scratches, not visually distracting, and with some light soiling. The mirrored glass presents with rare and light surface scratches, with an area of approximately 4 cm of wear/oxidation to the silvering (along the frame, not extremely visually distracting) and with three scratches to the silvering (the largest approximately 1,5 cm, along the frame, not extremely visually distracting).
