Condition
The canvas is original. The canvas undulates slightly in places. There may be one or two instances of flattened impasto tips. There is some very minor historic frame abrasion at places to the extreme edges. There are a few instances of minor surface matter, studio detritus and light surface dirt. This excepting, the work appears in excellent overall condition. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals no obvious signs of fluorescence or retouching. The work is held in a painted wooden frame.
