Condition
The canvas is not lined. UV examination reveals some scattered patches and small spots of retouching in places, almost all of which are to the background. There are some small paint losses to parts of the ochre-coloured border. There is some minor paint shrinkage to some of the dark brown areas of the background, and a couple of scattered fine lines of craquelure. This work is in overall good condition.
