This work is in very good condition. Executed on cream wove paper. The sheet has been hinged to a window mat at multiple places along its verso. There are multiple artist's pinholes in all four corners. The medium is bright and fresh. There is skinning to the sheet at multiple places to the buildings and trees, which is inherent to the artist's process. There is a slight undulation to the sheet.
