The canvas is unlined. The canvas has a slight undulation. Minor scattered lines of craquelure throughout the canvas. The canvas is slightly dirty. There is some minor frame abrasion with a one inch loss toward the lower left corner. Under UV light: A few minor strokes of inpainting to the upper left corner, the sky and the rooftops. Two additional strokes of inpainting to the water at center and lower left. This work is in good condition,
