The antique bronze coin framed within a marine design composed of carved pink and green tourmalines, and gold shells motifs, gross weight approximately 32 dwts, signed Gage, with British hallmarks.

Condition

In good condition, with light scratches to the mounting and some tarnishing to the gold, commensurate with wear. Pin stem is slightly bent, but does not affect wearability. The underside of the brooch stamped 750 for 18 karat gold. Coin diameter approximately ¾ inch. The carved pink tourmalines are a light to medium, slightly pinkish purple, lightly to heavily included. The cabochon green tourmalines are a light bluish green, lightly to heavily included. Measuring approximately 2¼ x 2¾ inches.
