Condition
This work is executed on its original canvas and is not relined. The surface of the work presents several cracks and associated losses mostly located in the ocre and yellow paint close to the rabbit figure. As visible in the catalogue illustration, two other losses are visible in the dark blue paint in the lower half of the canvas. A couple of nails stick out from the surface of the work, which is inherent to the artist's technique. Cracks are visible at the surface of the work, most notably in the white paint. A horizontal stretcher mark is visible across the composition.
