Arabic manuscript on paper, 223 leaves plus 1 fly-leaf, 18 lines to the page written in naskh in black ink, ruled in gold and blue, verses separated by gold and polychrome rosettes, surah headings written in gold thuluth against a blue and red ground within a cartouche decorated with scrolls and flowers, gold and polychrome verse markers in the margins, commentaries in shikasteh within clouds in the margins, catchwords, f.1b and f.2a with an illuminated frontispiece composed of a thick border of interlacing flowers, in a floral lacquer binding

Condition
In good condition, some stains and minor rubbing, some losses to the binding, one side nearly loose, as viewed.
