Condition
Pile generally fair, variable and ranging from 3-4 mm in depth to localised areas of wear, which include section approximately 2/3 way down on the right hand side, about half way down on the left hand side; in the upper left hand corner of the field adjacent to the left hand border, in the left hand corner and at approximately the same level on the right hand side; another area in the upper right hand corner of the field - this area is the most worn and might benefit from a little flat-stitching to strengthen. There is discolouration/yellowing in the lower left and right hand corners of the border and off-centre right in the upper border. Original side and end finishes, some losses to end fringes with nicks and spotting. The carpet would benefit from a thorough clean and some judicious conservation.
