Arabic manuscript on paper, 304 leaves plus 5 fly-leaves, 15 lines to the page, written in naskh in black ink, ruled in gold, black and red, verses separated by gold-pointed markers, gold and polychrome floral marginal markers, surah headings in pink ink against a gold ground within cartouches, gold and polychrome opening double page frontispiece decorated with interlacing floral scrolls, in dark brown Ottoman binding, with flap, in fitted box
Condition
In generally good condition, the margins clean with only occasional stains, minor rubbing, one of the binding panel detached and taped, as viewed.
