Condition
It has not been possible to see the work entirely unframed. The canvas is not lined. There are a few pinholes along the extreme edges. Examination under UV light reveals small spots of retouching at all four corners and along the extreme edges. There are a few scattered fly spots and a few dots of superficial dust ingrained to the varnish in places. There are two tiny dots of pigment loss to the central rose. There are a few areas of stable paint shrinkage in places, notably to the centre of the vase and to the pink flower. This work is in overall good condition and could benefit from a light clean.
