Condition
Overall in very good condition. This lot provides an exceptional opportunity for collectors to acquire a diverse group of the artist's most famous works, the "Feelies," executed between the 1970s and 2006. In addition to the artist's signature, the incised signatures on the underside provide indications regarding the type of clay and glaze used by the artist. Two ceramic "Feelies" with incised "2006" on the underside. The glazed surfaces with some scattered minor surface irregularities inherent in the making and not visually distracting. The necks of a few Feelies with very minute nicks and losses, not visually detracting and consistent with age and gentle handling. The glazed surfaces of a three Feelies with very minor adhesive residue, visible upon close inspection and consistent with gentle handling. When inspected under UV light, two of the Feelies with very minor evidence of prior repairs concentrated to the bodies of the sculptures, not visually distracting and only visible upon close inspection when viewed in person. A beautiful collection that presents wonderfully as a group.
