Condition
The paper has been laid around its edges to a thick panel but is cockling and would benefit from being re-attached. The paint surface is a little discoloured (particularly to Miranda's dress and the background) and should benefit from a light clean. There are no signs of craquelure. UNDER ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT There are no signs of retouching. FRAME The picture is contained in a simple moulded plaster frame and under glass.
