Pile generally good: 5-7mm in depth. About a dozen narrow lines of wear across the field down to knotbars, probably foldwear related, resulting in a couple of loose areas in side cords on the edge, which are not visually disturbing. Original knotted end fringes, some losses to fringe tail and flatweave. Would benefit from a clean and possibly re-stretching which might help it to lie flat - at the moment the sides ruck. Dense, solid weave, very heavy.
