The complete album, comprising 19 lithographs, 17 printed in colours, 1961, each initialled in pencil (one in ink), numbered 40/75 (the total edition included 15 impressions numbered in Roman numerals), with title-page, lithographic text, and justification, this copy signed in pencil by the artist and the author, numbered 40/45, published by Galerie Maeght, Paris, on BFK Rives wove paper, loose (as issued), in the original singed leather and cardboard boards with leather toggle
Condition
The full sheets, the colours on the lithographs somewhat faded, the album in good condition, minor light-, mount-, and backboard-staining, some sheets with slight skinning associated with framing verso.
