Condition
This pigment print is in generally good to very good condition. A pinpoint-sized scratch that breaks the emulsion is visible in the upper left quadrant. Scattered areas of emulsion discoloration is visible in the light areas. There are a few yellow deposits of indeterminate nature in the upper left quadrant and on the sitter's right leg and a small deposit of indeterminate nature, possibly foxing, in the lower left quadrant. Soiling and minor scratches that do not appear to break the emulsion are visible overall in high raking light. The edges are intermittently chipped. The corners are bumped and the upper left corner is creased. The reverse is age-darkened and soiled. There are 3 hinge remnants at the lower right and upper edges and an abrasion at the lower left corner.
