拍品資料及來源
As one of the major British booksellers of the second half of the 20th century who dealt in medieval manuscripts in addition to printed books and bindings, Alan Thomas has an important place in booktrade history. These catalogues typically have at least four plates, of which at least one reproduces a medieval manuscript. Substantial runs of catalogues are rare – even the British Library's set is incomplete.
