Condition
The sheet has been adhered to the mount at the corners and at intervals along the edges. The lower and upper edges have been slightly unevenly cut, in keeping with the Artist's working methods. There are a small number of very minor nicks at the extreme edges, including to the upper left corner. The sheet cockles and undulates slightly, in keeping with the Artist's materials. There are some scattered very faint scuffs to the sheet and a few small flecks of foxing. The sheet is probably faintly time stained. There are one or two instances of detritus and some light surface dirt in places. This excepting, the work appears to be in good overall condition. The work is float mounted and held behind glass in a painted wooden frame. Please telephone the department on +44 (0) 207 293 6424 if you have any questions regarding the present work.
