Condition

This work is in good condition overall. The colors are vibrant, and the media layer is stable. The sheet has been affixed to the mat on the reverse in each of the corners. Light wear is present at each of the extreme edges of the sheet, most noticeably along the extreme uppermost edge. A horizontal black partial fingerprint measuring approximately 1/2 inch in length is present at the extreme upper left corner, and may be inherent. Three horizontal tears measuring approximately one inch in length each are present at the extreme left edge; these tears have all been repaired. A repaired tear is present in the lower central quadrant, running across the hips of Christ. In the lower right corner, beneath the black band underneath the window, is a vertical band of rust-colored accretions measuring one inch in length.
