The cabochon turquoise millegrain-set within a mount of intricate metal work and enamel, set with seed pearls and circular- and single-cut diamonds, the reverse decorated with images of the zodiac and opening to reveal a nude woman within a surround of polychrome enamel and foliate metal work decoration, suspended from a rope chain, length approximately 515mm.
