the rectangular box with rounded corners, overhanging cover and silver rims, decorated in gold, silver and black hiramaki-e, takamaki-e, kinpun, gold and silver foil and nashiji on a black ground with pines and cherry blossoms among rolling hills, the interior of the cover with houses in a woodland beside a meandering stream, the rocks beside inlaid in gold nuggets, fitted with silver waterdropper depicting plum blossom, inkstone with fundame rims, two brushes, a paper pricker, inkcake holder
Condition
Overall this is in fine condition with a few minor surface scratches and slight wear to the corners where the cover has been lifted on and off and a few minor scratches to the nashiji on the base.
