the helmet black-lacquered akoda-nari sujibachi with copper gilt kuwagata and maedate, the menpo with yodarekake, itazane jikoro, the fukigaeshi [turnbacks] with gilt matsudaira mutsu mon, the cuirass black-lacquered with a central applied dragon, blue kebiki-odoshi lacing, shino sune-ate, with armour box
Condition
Overall, the armour is in fair condition, with some old wear to the lacquer, particularly at the rims. Minor rust to the sleeves and some slight damage to the mail. Some wear to the brocade skirt. The helmet and facemask are in fair condition with some minor chips to the lacquer.
