a russet iron sixty-two plate momonari kabuto with close arranged rivets, the undulating mabisashi [peak] with embossed wrinkles and eyebrows, four-tier kasa shikoro, the fukigaeshi [turnbacks] with kikyo mon
Condition
There is some surface pitting to the top edge of the helmet bowl, and rust. The shikiro is overall in good condition with some black lacquer losses to the edges on the underside. The peak has some old restoration to the red lacquer on the underside, the turnbacks have slight damage to the lacquer edges. Please note all armours by the nature of their use and age have some old wear overall.
