Condition

The canvas is lined. UV examination reveals an old line of retouching along the upper edge associated with previous framing and another old area of retouching to the lower right corner. The leftmost figure has been retouched in places with pigment which does not fluoresce under UV light. There are lines of brown tape visible along all four edges. Otherwise this work is in good overall condition and might benefit from a light clean.
