the pear-shaped body rising from a spreading foot to a waisted neck, set with a curved spout and loop handle, the exterior freely carved with a three clawed dragon, all above a moulded lappet band, covered overall in a celadon glaze stopping unevenly above the foot revealing the grey body, lacquered wood cover, Japanese wood box

There's a T shaped hairline near the spouts to the lower half of the body, extend to the foot measuring approximately 8.2cm long, partly restored. Some firing flaws to the base with associated small cracks to glaze.
