This vase is in good condition, but does have some minor firing flaws including a (approx. 1.4cm by 4mm) shallow chip to the interior of the foot. There is a fine network of crackle to the glaze throughout.

本瓶器形修長柔美，釉色素雅，於耀州窰中實為罕見。瓶身無紋飾,亭亭玉立,彰顯冰裂瑩澈。耀州窰出品多為青釉瓷，紋飾刻劃明快，而如本品之耀州釉，多斷代金朝，與典型耀州窰青釉對比強烈,實為珍罕。 耀州窰出品多為大批製作，立件極為罕見。比較一出土作例，無冰裂紋，載於《耀州窰》，西安，1992年（圖版無編號）；另一例曾展於《耀州瓷精品》，大阪市立東洋陶瓷美術館，1997年，編號103。

陝西銅川黃堡耀州窰遺址出土兩例，器型相近，刻花卉紋飾，施青釉，載於《宋代耀州窰址》，北京，1998年，頁292，圖148:1及2，彩色圖版8，圖2及圖版77，圖4，尺寸較大者或圖載於《耀州窰》，前述出處，（無圖版編號）；另一例，甘肅華池縣出土，現藏於甘肅慶陽博物館，《中國陶瓷全集》引述為耀州窰瓷佳例，上海，1999-2000，卷7，圖版126；此外尚有一例，展出數度，包括《耀州瓷精品》，前述出處，編號75，售於倫敦蘇富比2011年5月11日，編號2。
