Condition
Overall very good condition. When viewed firsthand the glass around the lower outermost edges displays a deeper more saturated green hue compared to the catalogue illustration. The glass throughout is in very good condition and presents with some minor light surface soiling concentrated to the wings beneath the etched bronze overlay. One tile to the right of the dragonfly tail with two small clamshell flecks near the bottom edge adjacent to a leadline, not visually detractive. The etched bronze overlay of the left upper wing with a small area of surface soiling and oxidation, visible in the catalogue illustration. The bottom right tendril and inset cabochon jewel appear to be replaced (not visually detracting/detectable as the cabochon is highly complementary in coloration). The chain appears to be a later replacement and lacks a hook. An exceptional example displaying a highly artistic and nuanced glass selection and outstanding coloration.
