Overall very good condition. The bronze surfaces display a warm silver patina with soft red hues. The bronze with some scattered minor surface scratches and abrasions consistent with age and gentle use. The silvered surfaces with rubbing throughout, visible in the catalogue illustration, and with some scattered small areas of oxidation and discoloration. The glass with some scattered minor air bubbles and particulate inclusions inherent in the making and not visually detractive. One small inset glass tile with a small fleck to the outer edge, only visible upon close inspection. When shaken, this paperweight exhibits a soft rattle, the result of a small loose element confined to the interior (not at all detractive). A fine and unusual example of the model distinguished by its silvered finish and complementary glass selection.
