Condition
Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the overall tonality is slightly warmer in the original. Condition: This work is in good condition. There are a number of rub marks and media accretions in places to the figure and the cigar. Close inspection reveals a rub mark with associated paint loss to the figure's right knee. Further close inspection reveals a few chips to the extreme edge of the cigar. Visible only when inspecting each element separately, there are a number of rub marks and specks of loss to the cigar and the underside of the figure where they have come into contact. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
