This work is in very good condition overall. The canvas is unlined. The velvet fabric is stapled to the reverse of the stretcher. There is evidence of light wear and handling to the turning edges of the canvas. There is evidence of minor fraying to the cut-out areas of the canvas. There is a pinpoint accretion along the bottom edge, which fluoresces brightly under Ultraviolet light. Under Ultraviolet light inspection there is no evidence of restoration. Unframed.
