Marino Marini “In Italy the artistic past penetrates in our being as we live surrounded by works of art…my archaism, my Etruscans…there is not much that needs to be explained. I was born here and therefore these are my grandparents. It is a civilization that still emerges from the land, something that nourishes the people who live here. I feel extremely linked to this land, to its popular and, as said, archaic feeling that feels so live and intelligent. I feel it in my blood and I can’t get rid of it”.
