Condition
The canvas is original. Ultra-violet light reveals areas of green fluorescence in the sky which are possibly attributed to the artist's pigments. Some minor isolated spots of cosmetic retouching are visible in the child's head and in the woman's skirt. Overall, this work appears to be in good condition and ready to hang. Presented in a decorative gilt frame with some losses.
