Condition

The canvas is lined. The details of the woven basket read well, though there is some craquelure visible throughout. The dark colors have lost some consistency as seen on the shadows that rest on the white ledge. Some loss is alongside the extreme left and right edge. Retouches are visible to the naked eye on the ledge, like at the lower right and lower left of the basket. Inspection under UV is difficult to read, though there might be some spots of retouches on the dark hues, like the top right corner of the background. Canvas is offered in a painted wood frame.
