The movement in working condition at the time of cataloguing. The dial in excellent condition. Case in very good condition with only a few surface hairlines to the band. All diamonds intact and sparkling on the bezel. 於2011年巴塞爾鐘錶展上面世的5961P型號腕錶，搭載了百達翡麗首枚自製年曆計時機芯，caliber CH 28-520。採用了5960P型號的藍本設計，5961型號腕錶的錶圈飾有36顆總重3.48克拉的頂級Wesselton長梯形鑽石。不僅於此，深藍色錶盤時刻刻度亦以長梯形鑽石鑲嵌而成，蝴蝶錶扣也採用品牌經典的Calatrava十字星設計。鉑金錶殼、藍色錶盤及鑽石的搭配使此枚腕表更為璀璨奪目。
