釋文：《送楊錄事之虎林》煙雨山塘宅正浮，無端行李忽杭州。以何密意余天竺，暫許繁花媚虎丘。勾露為漿忘斷肉，晴湖如鏡待杯頭。相尋不必懷一夢，一日居然是九秋。
《送葉明府被徵》六載心勞貌曰癯，何如鞠母乳呱呱。姓名久荷宸衷注，父老徒瞻帝座呼。澤厚去猶留浩蕩，裝輕行不緩須臾。登車何事煩回首，粒米東南尚似珠。
《贈沈微之》數本幽花是宦裝，郊居新卜虎丘傍。四時花作門前市，十里人聞甕裡香。濯足振纓呼曼倩，停雲榮木詠柴桑。比鄰愛有山寮客，一月三旬十集觴。
性孏作詩，歲不過數首，輙又忘之。偶客棠城，夜坐無事，忽得此卷，寫所記憶者得三首。天啟乙丑(1625)深秋，陳元素。鈐印：「陳元素印」、「古白」
