款識：
〈畫〉 浮嵐暖翠，唐宋人常畫之。其神意在浮暖二字，嵐無雲，何能浮，又何能見翠！後人不察，往往以煙水易雲，用意便俗矣。
乙亥秋，偶獲宋人無款〈浮嵐暖翠卷〉，戲取其一角以似煥龍先生方家正之。鄭午昌并識。

丙子夏日。右錄隨園詩選，以為煥龍先生正之。華甫弟毛棠。

註：扇股出自「竹安」刀下，兩邊皆刊山水，一面款「乙亥夏六月，竹安」，另面刻「仿黃子久本。煥龍先生正之。味弇。」

上款「煥龍」即貝煥龍，出身蘇州世家，經營紡織業。好書畫，嗜收藏，獲時賢寫贈甚富，如張石園、錢瘦鐵、花元等江蘇畫家。其藏品多集中於三十年代中期，成扇則多倩「竹安」刻骨。貝氏與鄭午昌似交誼甚厚，曾於一九三五年秋與貝煥龍、嗣龍父子同遊虞山，筆下有〈虞山謁言圖〉以紀；本扇即寫於同期。
