本聯乃張正學（1897-1986）舊藏。張氏，字昌伯，浙江海寧人。上世紀三、四十年代滬上收藏名家。工繪事，富收藏，與吳湖帆、張蔥玉、王季遷等多有往來。王福厂、吳樸堂等名家屢為其治印，是幅藏印即出自王氏刀下。
