連岡坡陀不作峯，千枝萬葉隨秋風。風聲綿延，遠望不可到，窅然如在深林中。乃知：高人胸中有全竹，奮筆一掃煙雲空。湘江之南渭川北，尺幅逕欲翔羣龍。從容伸縮意難料，脫畧枝節神先融。凌雲拂磵各有態，偶然落筆皆天工。茅堂朝開幽鳥靜，飛流挂壁聲淙淙。延陵公子本好事，敂門一笑揮青銅（客持此軸欵門求售，以百餘萬錢得之）。風流文采但相望，誰與作者研山翁。題李研山〈竹石圖〉為吳欣六製。
研山二兄詩盟正之。煙滸寒碧羅叔重。
鈐印：「叔重」、「瑛」。
