註：江南水鄉，曲橋河道，無論魯迅故鄉、宜興故園，皆吳冠中八十年代創作常取之題材。本幅同出此源，惟極重構圖之變化，舖陳手法有別於常，畫中前景，石橋橫跨，河道貫穿其下，村屋分佈沿河兩岸，白牆黑瓦，綠楊依傍，極目處，曲橋尚現，呈重橋前後雙叠之佈局，而前者建構方正，後者則彎拱半曲，觀眾如乘舟，沿水道步步深入，蜿蜒曲折，仰首昂視，眼前景物，如移步換景，一覧而未盡，水鄉風貌之微妙，盡攝畫家筆下。
